Although there are plenty of facilities on site for your holiday, to appreciate the region, we recommend hiring a car.
La Torre Golf Resort is located less than 20 minutes from Mar Menor, an inlet sea which is normally 4 degrees warmer than the Med. Being shallow and calm, it's great for families to relax in and also hosts a variety of water sports. At the upper end of Mar Menor are the Lo Pagan Mud Baths, where you can cover yourself in the therapeutic mud.
The historical city of Cartagena is 25 mins to the south, with it's ancient Roman theatre and other great sites making for a great day out.
The city of Murcia is 30 mins away to the east, with it stunning catherdral and wide variety of attractions and great shopping malls.
For golfers, apart from the on-site course, there are over 13 other courses (including the famous La Manga Club) within 30 mins of the resort.
